Target areas are: thighs, bum, tummy, waist - burning fat and increasing your fitness to the max - each week it will progressively challenge your body as it gradually adapts to become fitter, trimmer, and more toned.....

You choose either Daytime OR Evening BOOTCAMP

Daytime Summer BOOTCAMP

  • Mondays 10-11am / Thursdays 1.45-2.45pm (Easton Community Centre)
  • Saturdays 9-10am (St Andrew's Park - before breakfast)
  • You choose 1, 2 or 3 times a week - do the most you can for the maximum benefit

Evening Summer BOOTCAMP

  • Mondays 6.45-7.45pm / Thursdays 7.30-8.30pm (Horfield/Bishopston local area)
  • Saturdays 9-10am (St Andrew's Park- before breakfast)
  • You choose 1, 2 or 3 times a week - do the most you can for the maximum benefit

What's the cost?

Total for 6 sessions   (x1 per week over 6 weeks) £33

Total for 12 sessions (x2 per week over 6 weeks) £54

Total for 18 sessions (x3 per week over 6 weeks) £72
