During Winter 2010 - fit4me ran two BOOTCAMPS simultaneously - a two session per week Daytime BOOTCAMP amd a two session per week Evening BOOTCAMP (12 sessions each in total). Here's what they looked like:
An intensive 6 week course - a proper kick start leading up to Christmas - leaving you to enjoy guilt-free treats over the festive season! Target areas are: thighs, bum, tummy, waist, arms, hips, fat loss + inch loss which will improve your fitness and strength.
2 evening OR 2 daytime sessions a week for 6 weeks - all inside.
Daytime: Tues 11am / Thurs 1.30pm Starts Tue 2nd Nov - finishing with 1½ hour special on Thurs 9th Dec.
Evening: Mon 6.45pm / Thurs 7.30pm Starts Mon 1st Nov - finishing with 1½ hour special on Thurs 9th Dec.

Each week the camp will progressively challenge you, as your body adapts to get fitter, stronger, trimmer, and more toned...
