"I attended Saskia's fit4me post-natal class when my baby was 6 weeks old. I couldn't wait to regain my fitness and meet other mums. I did spend lots of weeks feeding and rocking Olivia inbetween squats and situps but I just loved being there so much that it didn't matter if I couldn't join in everything. I learnt some really helpful exercises that I could do at home and still do now, 9 months on. Saskia is a great motivator and understands the needs of a postnatal mum and her baby. I highly recommend the class!"

"I would usually do anything to avoid an exercise class but really wanted to get fit after my son was born. I tried Saskia's class and really enjoyed it. It's an extremely friendly session as everyone is in the same boat, trying to get in shape after childbirth. You don't have to be super fit or have any co-ordination, so it was perfect for me.
Saskia somehow manages to pitch the class at the right level, ensuring you get a very good work out but without feeling that you can't keep up. The class has done wonders for my physical and mental health. My son has also always seemed to enjoy being there, and the atmosphere is relaxed if they do need nursing, but mostly he is quite happy just watching us working out.
Never thought I'd be in better shape after having my baby than I was before. Can't recommend it highly enough."
