fit4me : post-natal classes
Fitness classes for the new mum - and her baby or babies - we will work together to gradually build strength and regain shape whilst toning and improving general fitness. Classes run two times every week and last for 60 minutes.
Post-natal classes take place at Easton Community Centre at 10.30am every Monday. You will receive support and motivation to help you achieve your fitness goals, with special attention to very specific needs of new mums. Using a variation of fitness equipment, floor work and exercise routines, the emphasis is on keeping fitness fun. These sessions are also about meeting other mums & their babies.
The following kit is required for every session:
- Floor mat
- Water
- Suitable clothing - i.e. leggings/jogging bottoms, tshirt
- Suitable footwear - i.e. trainers, running shoes
- toys/mat/car seat/buggy for your baby or babies
