BOOTCAMPS: Suiting a wide range of abilities and experience, each BOOTCAMP will help you reach your goals at your own pace, building your fitness gradually, whilst being encouraged to challenge yourself along the way. I have designed these BOOTCAMPS to combine toning and cardio based workouts as this consistently achieves the best results.

How does it work?

Intensive 6 week course - a proper kick start to get that body you have always wanted! Target areas are: thighs, bum, tummy, waist - burning fat and increasing your fitness to the max - each week it will progressively challenge your body as it adapts to get fitter, trimmer, and more toned:

  • BOOTCAMPS in every season
  • 2 or 3 classes per week for 6 weeks
  • Both indoors (colder months) and indoors/outdoors (summer)
  • nutritional advice/support along the way
  • loads of encouragement & new/fun training ideas

What do I need to know?

You will be advised to stick to a healthy eating plan to get maximum benefit from your BOOTCAMP. You will also receive a Welcome Pack, including basic techniques, venue details, what to bring, what to expect and the 21 fit4me golden rules to help you get the most from your classes.
