How does it work?
Intensive 6 week course - a proper kick start to get that body you have always wanted! Target areas are: thighs, bum, tummy, waist - burning fat and increasing your fitness to the max - each week it will progressively challenge your body as it adapts to get fitter, trimmer, and more toned:
- BOOTCAMPS in every season
- 2 or 3 classes per week for 6 weeks
- Both indoors (colder months) and indoors/outdoors (summer)
- nutritional advice/support along the way
- loads of encouragement & new/fun training ideas
What do I need to know?
You will be advised to stick to a healthy eating plan to get maximum benefit from your BOOTCAMP. You will also receive a Welcome Pack, including basic techniques, venue details, what to bring, what to expect and the 21 fit4me golden rules to help you get the most from your classes.
