Details for most recent New Year BOOTCAMP:
Starts Thursday 20th January (7.30-8.30pm)
Ends Mon 28th February (6.45-7.45pm)
Intensive 6 or 12 session course over 6 weeks – a proper kick start for
your New Year – a combination of cardio and fat-burning exercises using
resistance bands. Target areas are: thighs, bum, tummy, waist, arms, hips,
fat loss + inch loss which will improve your fitness and strength and get
results.
Each week you will be progressively challenged, as your body adapts to get
